BOSSCHA OBSERVATORIUM

Enjoy beautiful starlight while learning astronomy in Bosscha Observatorium. It is one of the education tourist areas in Bandung locating in Lembang highland and remains to be one of the biggest observatoriums in The South East Asia.

There are several shifts to visit:
- Afternoon shift
- Regular night shift
- Irregular/special request
Reservation is closed on:
- Sunday and national holidays
- Monday (scheduled for technical maintenance towards observatorium instruments)
- A week period before and after Iedul Fitri Festival
- During the period of December 30 to January 3 in the forthcoming year
Special astronomical phenomenon occurrence or other astronomical activities (astrocamp, special identified astronomical objects) are usually published though internet. Ticket is available for US$ 0,50 to 1,00.
